Job Description
â?¢ Acting as a liaison between the development staff and executive staff
â?¢ Overseeing creative and technical development of multiple game titles
â?¢ Developing and maintaining schedules and budgets
â?¢ Scheduling timely quality assurance
â?¢ Arranging for focus groups
â?¢ Arranging for localization
â?¢ Collect estimates from Art, Development and QA leads to generate project schedules and set release dates
â?¢ Review schedules with Management to ensure timely delivery for each milestone
â?¢ Collaborate with Management to determine must-have features and acceptable release date adjustments
Requirements
â?¢ Minimum of 3+ years experience in game development
â?¢ Proven track record in preparing and executing budgets and schedules
â?¢ Experience managing all aspects of production
â?¢ Team player with exceptional people skills
â?¢ Highly organized and self-motivated
â?¢ Expert knowledge of modern development practices and game industry trends
