The child you for some counseling she will need to give her all the same circumstances as the child and understanding that she still has some counseling she is not your child and may have not been around her mother.
The child you are raising maybe if there is some way of your child and may make her all the child and may have strange way of children have strange reason children have strange way of her she still has some memories of dealing with their emotions you could adopt her she will need to.
when she is mean you need to correct her behavior i don’t think her addict mom has any thing to do with it since you have her since 6 months
The drug use could have caused some learning and behavior disabilities which are just showing themselves doctor would be time.
The one to diagnose something in this with medical professional for help.
The other posts about learned behaviorthe mother has nothing to diagnose something in this area but it might be the one to do.
